Maxim is a Sydney based boutique funds management company, that specialises in investment management in property securities and niche areas, such as high yield debt. Maxim was founded by Winston Sammut in 2003 as an asset manager for institutional and retail clients.

The Maxim Property Securities Fund (MPSF) is an unlisted, registered, managed investment scheme available to retail investors.  It will give you an exposure to a varying mix of listed property securities across (but not limited to) the retail, residential, commercial, hotel and industrial sector.

The Maxim Income Fund is only available to Professional and/or Sophisticated Investors. The following pages containing information on the Fund should only be viewed by persons who meet the required criteria as set out in the Corporations Act.
